Welcome to Perennial! My name is Nikki Plavec and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Associate. I am committed to providing a person-centered and thoughtful space for potential clients. I believe a supportive and meaningful relationship is integral for exploring issues impacting life. Such issues may include caregiver and parenting stress, adjusting to life altering events, grief, medical trauma, chronic illness, as well as other challenging situations .
